Sumaq is a peruvian fusion cuisine restaurant. It has a regular clientele and is committed to fusion cuisine, with strong peruvian roots. We can try there their Sequence of Ceviches, three different preparations on the same plate.
The Quechua word Sumaq means good, rich and delicious. The aim of the restaurant is to connect and take on the great challenge to know and rediscover beautiful Peru full of culture traditions, stories.
The restaurant offers a good range of tasting menus, resulting in somewhat more elaborate dinners. The chef gets very involved in the room service and talks to the customers, which is unparalleled.
