The chef, Àlvar Albaladejo, wants to delight our palate with cuisine based on local and mediterranean products. A creative cuisine that mixes classic recipes in an original way, introducing new techniques and sometimes flavors from other cultures. They offer an honest menu where flavor and quality raw materials are prioritized, and very important, seasonal. For lunch they only serve an executive menu and, on Sundays, another one with rice. The Michelin plate is won because of its quality cuisine and good comfort.
